Loos

In 1865, Philipp Loos founded Loos Boilers in Neustadt, Germany. Having moved first to Offenbach am Main and then Gunzenhausen and Bischofshofen, LOOS has supplied almost 100,000 industrial boiler systems to more than 140 countries since then. Condensing boiler technology does not only use the tangible warmth of the heating gas – it also makes partial use of the evaporation warmth within the water vapour. If the characteristic data relevant for condensing engineering derived from standard fuels are compared, natural gas offers the best usage potential. Natural gas contains the highest levels of water and has the highest waste gas dewpoint.
